Information Systems Study Program (PS SIF UPJ) is under the auspices of the Faculty of Technology and Design. Starting from 1 student in the first batch in 2011 the SIF UPJ study program continued to grow to 450 students in 2022 (data from pddikti) and will continue to grow and develop along with the increasing trust of parents and students to study at the UPJ Information Systems Study Program. Achievements in the academic and non-academic fields have been achieved by students while taking course at the SIF UPJ such as winning 2 gold medals at the Asia International Conference Art and Design (AICAD) in Langkawi Malaysia, a silver medal at the national level taekwondo championship, and so on, this is proof that students of the Upj Information Systems Study Program are able to compete both nationally and internationally.

PS SIF UPJ builds an entrepreneurial spirit, develops soft skills that increase broad insight, and cares for the environment so that graduates are innovative and behave creatively, independently and are sensitive to the environment. As a future leader, the alumnae must have the passion to always Grow and be Impactful and have a multi-disciplinary, interdisciplinary perspective, adaptive to differences and responsive to change.

PS SIF UPJ produces excellent graduates and continues to strive for progress. This was made possible during lectures, the students were forged through a series of UPJ's flagship activities, namely the Open To All Class (KOTA), Jaya Soft Skills Development Program (JSDP) including Jaya Launch Pad (JLP), Merdeka Learn Apprenticeship in Industry. Students and graduates of the UPJ Information Systems Study Program have proven to have expertise and produce works in the form of software applications that have been enjoyed by companies and organizations, starting from the time of Apprenticeship, Professional Work Lectures, Final Assignments so that many Information Systems alumni have been requested by companies and have relatively short waiting period of less than 3 months and has good career prospects. This achievement is inseparable from the curriculum which is always updated with technological developments and follows the guidelines from associations and the IQF. The learning method at PS SIF is based on student base learning and case base learning which is of course very useful at the time of graduation.

Currently, PS SIF has graduated alumni who have worked in the IT field in state-owned companies, national private companies and multinational companies. In addition to actively working, alumni of the UPJ Information Systems Study Program have created startup companies in the IT field. Entrepreneurial skills are nurtured since the first semester of new students with courses on entrepreneurial insights and the following semesters while studying at UPJ such as basic entrepreneurship courses, E-Commerce, Management and Business, Information Systems Project Management and other courses related to entrepreneurship.
